Committee Resolutions

The publishable decision record behind each public standards release.

Resolutions turn internal committee activity into something external builders can inspect. Each record states who approved a release, what was approved, and which public artifacts the decision covered.

Public Record

Each release should have an explicit committee decision attached to it.

These resolutions are meant to become the outward-facing approval layer for public standards milestones, complementing the changelog, committee charter, and downloadable artifacts.

Approval of the v0.1 public builder draft and founding artifact set

Approved public publication of the first builder-oriented Operating Specification release and its founding downloadable artifacts.

Decision: approve for listing

Version: v0.1

  • Approved public publication of the v0.1 Operating Specification builder draft.
  • Approved listing of the founding starter kit and identity onboarding reference package.
  • Established the expectation that future public releases should pair artifacts, changelog updates, and a visible resolution record.
Resolution Hygiene

Pair every major public release with a committee resolution artifact.

As the standard evolves, the resolution log should become a durable approval trail that ties decisions to specific versions, artifacts, and release claims.
